SimWorks Off the Road MTB Bike Rack New! Test fitted indoors on my Surly Ogre (142/148 Gnot Boost rear spacing) but otherwise unused. The second image shows how it looks mounted to a Surly Bridge Club with 700c x 2.2 tyres. Heres what Analog Cycles in Vermont say about it. Nitto makes it to a Simworks design.

Nitto makes the nicest racks on the planet. The joints are fillet brazed, which not only looks nice, but brazing is also done at a lower temperature than tig welding, so the steel isnt as impacted by the heat. It also means that if you break the rack at a joint, your friendly local cold beer and welding place can braze it back together for 25 bucks.

In true SimWorks fashion, the rack features a unique shape, elegant curves, and a chromoly steel construction. The fit is adjusted using their Denden bolt height adjustment for the rack limbs and Daruma-secured connection rods.

The Off The Road rack weighs 1.15kg and can handle loads up to 16kg. At first glance it looks like it would be great for a pannier set up and has a generously sized top platform for lashing on extra gear.
